What is acceptable

Here are some basic rules to guide you:

• Public Feeds are viewable by everyone. Respect the general availability of such Feeds and only put appropriate content.
  
  
• Violence, sexually explicit or child exploitation content of any kind is not allowed. If your Feed includes any of these, do not put it on TenM3. We report child exploitation and work closely with law enforcement for these.
  
  
• Feeds showing animal abuse, drug abuse, or bomb making are not allowed.
  
  
• Gross-out Feeds of accidents, dead bodies or similar things are not allowed.
  
  
• Respect copyright. Only upload Feeds that belong to you or that you have obtained the rights to use. This means do not upload Feeds you didn't make, or use content in your Feeds that someone else owns the copyright to, such as video/music tracks, snippets of copyrighted programs, or Feeds made by other users, without their permission.
  
  
• There is no tolerance for predatory behavior, stalking, threats, harassment, invading privacy, or distributing other members' personal information. Anyone caught doing these things may be permanently banned from TenM3.
  
  
• We support free speech and everyone's right to express unpopular points of view. However, content filled with hate (e.g. content intended to attack or demean a particular gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, ethnic origin, veteran status, color, age, disability or nationality) of any kind is not allowed. 
  
  
• Spam under any disguise is not allowed.



• When someone sends you access to a Private Feed, they are placing trust in you. Respect it.
  Do not try to redistribute the Feed with the intent of abusing it.
  
  

Please take these guidelines seriously. Do not try to find loopholes or bypass our processes. Respect the intent for which these rules were created. They are meant to create a site that everyone can enjoy. Violations of the Terms of Service may result in removal of Feeds or may result in termination of your account and deletion of all your Feeds. Deciding what is a Violation of the Terms of Service and when to terminate an account is under our sole discretion. If your account is terminated you are not allowed to create another account.

Flagged Feed

We review all Flagged Feeds to check compliance with our Terms of Service. Any Feeds that are inappropriate or otherwise violate our Terms of Service will be disabled. Removal of a Feed is a warning and should be taken seriously. Check our Terms of Service (www.TenM3.com/terms) to see what is acceptable.

There are lots and lots of positive ways to use and enjoy TenM3 site and the service offered. Do explore the Features to its fullest, Have fun and do let us know what features you like or do not like.
Also, there may be Feeds that you do not like. Let us know if it violates our Terms of Service, otherwise, it is ok; just go on to other Feeds.
