TenM3 gives user total control on how to use their LIVE-feeds and the Costs

1) Private or Public - All LIVE-Feeds are PRIVATE (by default). User chooses when to make them Public.
     For Video Security, the User can keep the Feeds always private
     For LIVE Displays on the website, a Feed can be always public

 
2) Make Feed Public - User programs when to make the feed Public. Many time-window rules can be set

3) SHARE Privately - Feeds can be shared privately via email links. User sets rules on who to share with and for how long. Many share-rules can be set

4) STORE On-Demand - User sets rules on when to Record and for how long. Many Store-rules can be set.

5) Costs - User controls usage costs by
    a) using the service when needed (On-Demand)
    b) adjusting the Cameras bandwidth
    c) and recharging their account when needed.

The service is prepaid and expense is capped to what has been paid.
