Use a Panasonic BB-HCS301 to convert a CCTV camera to a Network camera. The camera can then be used with the TenM3 web service for On-Demand Video Security for Businesses and Home with all the benefits of a web service.

The BB-HCS301 has a single-channel. When there are multiple CCTV cameras, an inexpensive Video switcher can be used to sequentially display the different CCTV channels.
