To setup the BL-C131 in an Apple Airport and Mac network, the IP camera has to be assigned a port number such that it can be accessed from both the Internet http://publicIPAddr:portNo and from your private network http://privateIPAddr:portNo

Steps to setup a static IP for the camera and then set port forwarding are discussed here
http://homepage.mac.com/car1son/static_port_fwd_portfwd.html

and here

Setting a static IP with Mac OS X
http://portforward.com/networking/static-Mac10.4.htm

Set port forwarding (ignore the initial discussion on BitTorrent) http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Apple/AirPortExtreame/BitTorrent.htm

A summary of the steps is as follows. To open a port

1) Select the 'Finder' (the Mac 'face') from the dock bar.
2) Select 'Applications' (left menu bar)
3) Select 'Utilities'
4) Select and open the 'Network utility' program provided by Apple
5) Select 'Port Scan'
then enter the privateIPAddr, portNo for the camera and save it.
The privateIPAddr & portNo should be unique for the camera.

In your browser, enter http://privateIPAddr:portNo this should now allow you to access the camera. Then enter http://publicIPAddr:portNo this should also allow access to the camera

Once the port has been opened in the Airport, the rest of the steps to setup the camera are here http://www.tenm3.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=12

For Airport Extreme, the following steps can be followed

Finder > Applications > Utilities > Airport Admin Utility
Select Airport Extreme Base Station > Port Mapping
