After powerup, sometimes, the Panasonic camera goes in a state that reduces the fps from the camera. This will result in video that is not smooth.

Rebooting the camera will make it again operate at full performance.

To reboot the camera – change the bandwidth setting of the camera e.g. login as Admin and then
Setup > Network > Static

change the ‘Max bandwidth usage’ from ‘unlimited’ to ‘3 Mbps’ -> this will restart the camera
then, change the bandwidth from ‘3 Mbps’ to ‘unlimited’ again -> this will again restart the camera

With the reboots above, the camera should again operate at full performance.

Reboot does not change the configuration settings of the camera.

To Reset the camera completely and re-initialize, follow the steps listed here
